Our consultation process for divorces, custody disputes and other family law cases will help you plan your next steps and find security for your children, finances and future.

Divorce and Custody Consultations

We know that scheduling a consultation for a divorce or custody case can feel scary.  Most people are unsure of what to expect, how much it will cost to go through this process, whether or not they can trust the attorney they hire, and don’t always know if they are even ready to walk the path of a divorce or custody case.

Our goal at Vancouver Family Law is to take the fear away and to do everything possible to make this process as empowering and uplifting as possible.  We believe that if our client’s are experiencing problems, then solutions must also exist.   We find solutions by creating divorce and custody plans that give our clients security and peace of mind for their future.

How Our Consultations Work

This is our chance to learn about your situation and understand exactly what you are experiencing.  Once we know what the problem is, we can begin creating solutions and making your life better.  Much of our consultation process involves questions that help us learn about exactly where you want to be.

For example, where do you want to be five years from now – spiritually, emotionally and physically? If you just “want it to be over” – what does “over” look like to you?  The goal is to find answers to these questions so we can create the right plan for you.

Consultation Options

  1. We offer a limited number of case evaluations each week for a discounted rate with our non-attorney director of client relations.  We find this option suits most of our clients’ needs, as the consultation process is 100% about us understanding where things are for our clients, and making sure we are the right fit with the best solutions. We promise exceptional value with this consultation and back this option up with a risk-free money back guarantee.

  2. For those who are interested in drilling deeper into their problems and solutions we offer a 60 minute case evaluation with an attorney. This is where we can offer legal advice, and usually is suited to a potential client with very technical legal problems.  Our receptionist will help you decide if this option is right for you.
Our consultations take place either over the phone or through video conferencing software, however we can arrange for in-office consultations where needed.  Please give us a call to discuss options or schedule a call-back appointment at the links below.
